As a Watson Health Large Deal Executive you will be building the Watson Health top opportunities. You will be an industry expert, someone who is looked upon to lead the way and navigate change.

Your Responsibilities include :
· 
Define and execute creative strategies to build relationships and grow IBM Watson Health Cognitive Solutions with Channel Partners and /or customers in the Provider, Payor, and Medical Device markets.

· 
Meet or exceed quarterly & annual business development quota target objectives.

· 
Build and expand your database of prospects within your target Channel market by building pipeline; generating leads; and closing business.

· 
Prospect leads and self-generated opportunities; validate, qualify and prioritize Channel Sales Partner opportunities.

· 
Build and strengthen a high level of Watson Health Cognitive Solutions expertise and competitive intelligence.

· 
Identify decision makers among the targeted leads in order to initiate the Sales process and manage relationships.

· 
Develop and maintain a client and partner database to support opportunity pipeline management.

· 
Provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends and challenges.

· 
Being part of a high performing team that is at the forefront of the cognitive computing era in Healthcare.

Our team is looking for experience in Large Deal Sales and Business Development within the Healthcare Industry, bringing expertise in prospecting and relationship building in this area of the market incorporating tailored cognitive solutions sales with territory strategy, uncovering new opportunities and driving these opportunities to closure.

Our team is looking for someone who encompasses the following:

·  Experienced sales professional responsible for structuring and negotiating large enterprise wide Watson Health software deals.
·  Ability to qualify and structure creative and compelling software deals which achieve customer objectives and optimise IBM Watson Health software revenue.
·  Adept at reading competitive situation, identifying impending events, recommending and executing a winning strategy which delivers customer value and drives to a specific close date.
·  Able to establish credibility with local deal team in order to develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and keep multiple deals moving ahead concurrently.
·  Ability to effectively work the internal IBM Matrix: Pricing, Accounting, Legal to advance the deal with no adverse impact to IBM revenue recognition or business controls.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Our team is looking for members who encompasses the following:
·  Demonstrated track record of top performance in a business development/ sales role.
·  Proven experience to develop strategies to penetrate and establish new relationships with new business.
·  Experience in assessment of the territory potential, build a Go-To-Market (GTM) plan, and execute that plan.
·  Individuals with experience selling healthcare technology solutions.
·  A willingness to travel (likely 50%+).
