Job description

Sellers in the Digital Financial Services Market Client Representative role are responsible for building and maintaining client relationships within a territory of existing & new IBM clients. They leverage these line of business, IT & developer relationships to grow IBM revenue, transactions, signings and monthly repeating revenues while building and executing strategies for effective account planning whose outcomes lead to growth and new business for IBM. This includes territory marketing, references and customer satisfaction on assigned accounts. These sellers are ambassadors to IBM's solution groups and the channel business partners to the client's influencers and decisions makers. In this role they the integrator of IBM before the client. They plan, facilitate and conduct negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.

Candidates leverage & embrace digital tools and tactics used to prospect for new buyers, identify and prioritize opportunities weekly, and involve business partners and influencers as appropriate. Lastly, they leverage industry knowledge & skills to grow Year to Year (YtY) revenues & exceed sales targets. They showcase a desire to learn & expand industry, business, technical and consultative selling skills critical for success.
