Data Management Associate

Who you are:
The data management associate is one, responsible for updating databases in support of client requirements, evaluating and processing a client's data fosters, generating production work, and providing backup for client technical support.
What you'll do:
·  Develop familiarity with client-supplied data and with internally developed tools used to assess data quality and build requisite databases.
·  Investigate & resolve quality issues and handle situations according to department processes.
·  Design, maintain, execute and document system tests and requirement validation tests; support user acceptance testing as needed.
·  Assist clients with understanding of data specifications and resolution of data quality concerns.
·  Consistently deliver usable databases on time and within budget while conforming to client expectations for content and quality.
·  Learn and perform database update process activities.
·  For each update, execute all Data Management test cases, document results, obtain requisite sign-off, and work on resolving any failed test cases prior to proceeding with the update.
·  Identify and resolve the data & quality issues during testing.
·  Gain understanding of tools commercial and proprietary tools, such as TREX, DataStage, Data Probe, Advantage Suite, Data Profiler, Data Model Manager and other applications.
·  Identify, investigate and resolve data quality issues How we'll help you grow:

·  Basic technical capability, database and healthcare knowledge.
·  Intermediate computer skills.
·  Effective communication skill to communicate with the team and internal/external customers.

·  Personal effectiveness & self motivation to work independently and gain proficiency at work.
