Currently we are looking for candidates for the IT Configuration Manager job position, who will be responsible for e2e of the Configuration Management process.

Main duties:
· Owning (within operational context) and managing the CMS, including CMDB
· Verifying all change tasks and service requests assigned to Configuration Team are processed as specified in process documentation.
· Coordinating day-to-day execution of the process
· Identifying and implementing changes to the process
· Communicating new and changed policies
· Identifying and implementing process improvement
· Creating, analyzing and distributing process reports
· Acting as focal for process, communicating with account owners, service providers and management
· Performing day-to-day process administration
· Being responsible for evaluating the performance of the process
· Assisting in the auditing of the process for compliance with documented procedures Additional benefits:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

· Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization
· Strong influencing and relationship management skills
· Previous experience as a configuration librarian or configuration auditor

ITIL, Service Management, Configuration Manager, Service Coordinator

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

· Knowledge in Service Management based on ITIL
· Basic knowledge in Client's business, environments, operations and tools
· Basic knowledge in Change, Incident, Problem
· Knowledge in Service Management and Account Management
· At least 5 years Business experience, and at least 3 years in IT Services experience
