We are modernizing our overall services and are in search of talented Software Developer to become a part of our team, working to develop new features and capabilities that both take advantage of the underlying cloud infrastructure and expand it with new and innovative services.

Job responsibilities include:
·  Work closely with design team members, product management and engineering to identify user pain points and needs
·  Explore, evaluate and refine low fidelity designs with a focus on gathering further user insight:
·  Work with offering and services tribe to ensure that everything you do is realistic and implementable to address user pain points and deliver the things they need.
·  Develop software using various technologies in an Agile environment
·  Deliver highly reliable solutions with automation and cognitive services
·  Participate in daily stand up with the off-shore team
·  Good communication and written skills
·  Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
·  Ability to be creative, curious, questioning, open to critique and have a ton of initiative
·  Examples of written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate alternative approaches and to present information with attention to detail
·  Ability to clearly communicate a design through storytelling that helps the audience develop empathy for the user, and clarity on what the user experience of the software will be

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Knowledge of software tools for design, production and implementation
·  Demonstrated track record of strong software development capabilities.
·  Object Oriented analysis and design techniques
·  Very Strong Java, JavaScript, XHTML, XML, Node.js, CSS, HTML, Node.js skills a must. (atleast2 years experience)
·  Must be well versed in Linux platforms.
·  Experience with Web Services, J2EE - specifically experience with Servlets
·  Experience with Database structures and interacting with databases using JDBC type for technologies (Derby, MySQL, etc)
·  Must be familiar with Security Concepts (SSO, XSS, SQL Injections, etc.)
·  Experience with SAP, WebSphere or Eclipse preferred
·  API and User Interface development experience using the above technologies
·  Basic understanding of statistical programming in a language such as R, SAS, or Python.
