·  Skills Management - SME/Individual responsible to implement the overall TSS Service Delivery Training strategy for North America. SME will interface with Global Education Organization to ensure that design development is consistent with the overall service training philosophy and priorities. Acts as consultant for local and remote service delivery management for training needs as they create and meet funded travel financial budgets. Exchanges information, expert technology advice and opinions concerning the training strategy/philosophy with multiple levels of executive management include Vice President. Maintains awareness of the assigned training performance and assures all elements of the service delivery process is optimized for lowest cost, and highest service delivery quality and customer satisfaction while meeting required T&W metrics. Responsible for giving work direction to Global Shanghai skills coordinator team to ensure T&W metrics are met and ensuring all students assigned to go away courses have completed required prereqs prior to class. Work with Service Delivery Offices to drive results proactively and identify issues for quick resolutions as they work cross functionally with Global Education team. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
(2) RESO Focal - primary focus to reduce real estate costs for Div 48 by transitioning FSLs and site closures where possible. Will work cross functionally with RESO teams as the main focal to identify opportunities whenever possible.
(3) General Procurement SME - Will work closely and lead Global Shanghai TSS General Procurement team for all General procurement request processing supporting US TSS Field Service Delivery Organization. The candidate will direct this team who provides operational support to Service Delivery offices by processing all procurement requests with the exception of MVS Contract Purchase Orders. Process begins with intial requests via email, phone or TSS SMART Log and ends with centralized TSS General Procurement service that meets audit-readiness requirements. It includes procurement requests where an Electronic Check or PO is necessary. Can include TSS telephony and DSL line requests for parts drop locations, RAPID GATE badge requests and Certificate of Insurance requests. Candidate must be proficient with IBM Ariba PO process.

Skills Requirements:
Have the ability to use system applications shown under Tools/Applications after training.

Must be able to develop relationships with key personnel in TSS, Service Delivery Field and all cross functional teams & organizations. Must be able to listen to customers' needs and respond with urgency and professionalism to provide quality results that exceed customer expectations.

Clear understanding of Maintenance & Technical Services Infrastructure.

Utilizes expertise to directly influence people outside department or function. Sometimes no precedent exists.

Impact on Business/Scope:

Accountable for department results and for activities and/or projects involving multi-functional teams. Regularly participates in overall functional program planning. Activities are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, and impact project costs or expenses.

Communications:
Ability to interface with TSS peers, Service Office SSRs, all levels of management and all support personnel from organizations outside of TSS.
