Job description


Successful candidate will be a SME / Individual Responsible to implement the overall Spending and Expense control by providing detailed spending detail information and documentation for monthly business reviews. Provide various financial ad-hoc reports for spending analysis drilled down to precise detail, explanation and backups to TSS Executives while assisting finance organization with month to month forecasting. Provide weekly sc44 revenue tracking for various projects including IS/SO project activity (hours worked/recovery received). Will manage/submit journals that positively affect bottom line of assigned financials as required as well as monitor sc44 BMS linkages for any breakages and work cross functionally with SMEs to fix any issues that may arise.

Will lead by example and collaborate with other IBM organizations, clearly communicating to avoid or resolve client issues and critical situations quickly and effectively. Continue to support GDC organization. Will work closely with GLR reconciliation GDC focals to ensure team is working efficiently and questions are answered as needed. Identifying and implementing Automation opportunities is a high focus in this position. The employee will guide functional financial objectives.

Must be able to develop relationships with key personnel in TSS, Service Delivery Field and all cross functional teams & organizations. Must be able to listen to customers' needs and respond with urgency and professionalism to provide quality results that exceed customer expectations.

Utilizes expertise to directly influence people outside department or function. Sometimes no precedent exists.

Accountable for organization's results and for activities and/or projects involving multi-functional teams. Regularly participates in overall functional program planning. Activities are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, and impact project costs or expenses.

Requirements:
3 Years' Experience – IBM Financial Reporting , Leadership
Proficient with IBM financial tools (ledger reporting/investigation, etc.)
General knowledge of Lotus Notes, MS Office (word, excel), SLACK, CISCO WEB conferencing
Have the ability to use system applications shown under Tools/Applications after training.
AA degree or Equivalent
