The Belgian energy market is in full transition and IBM is an innovative service provider supporting the utility companies. We help them to transform themselves in response to the changing environment.
To strengthen our utilities team, we are in search of several ICT bachelors with one to three years working experience and a keen interest in utilities business.
As an analyst/developer you have the capability and eagerness to quickly learn new technologies and you acquire rapidly insight into the business of utilities and how IT can help them.
You will start as a developer, business analyst or tester and you will have the opportunity to grow with our customers as they explore new technologies like Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data.
You are able to work without much supervision and a team player with good communicative and organisational skills. You will work in environment where you will have the opportunity to learn from your experienced colleagues.
You take ownership of your work and ensure top quality, whilst continuously improving yourself. You soon will become the expert on which the client can count in case of IT issues. You take initiatives and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 2 years experience in supporting business through IT
Familiar with Windows & Linux environments
Strong analytical skills and a pro-active attitude
Ability to work in a team, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
Dutch or French is your native language and you must have a good working knowledge of the second language.
