We have an exciting internship opportunity within our HR Team.

Completing an Internship at IBM will give you practical, on-the-job experience, and great exposure to a global corporate environment. We have an Australia wide Intern Network, providing opportunities to get to know your peers, meet executives and participate in social events.

This internship gives you exposure to a wide range of HR functions and activities, including but not limited to:
·  exposure to what a HR Partner does
·  responding to employee queries
·  data collection and compiling presentations
·  learning the HR systems and tools
·  supporting activities within the People and Culture team The ideal candidate has a hunger to learn, a willingness to adapt and exceptional communication and people skills.
