Manage a row:
Attend the reception and placement of customers in connection with the Hostess and Waiter
Present and serve food tables rank
Frame clerks and apprentices
Check the cleanliness of the restaurant and rectify if necessary
Ensure the smooth running of the service
Ensure storage room at the end of each service
Maintain a working tool
Participate in cleaning tasks daily and weekly

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Training: BEP / CAP Food Service option

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a restaurant
Skills: Control technologies restaurant
Very good presentation
Listening skills and hospitality
Resistance to stress

Very good level in English and French speaking
