About the role:

You will make sure that all incoming calls are answered in a professional and attentive manner to achieve an excellent guest experience. Some of the key tasks include but are not limited to:

· 
To monitor, respond and organise the hotel's guest services email inbox, in an efficient and 5 star manner at all times.

· 
To answer all incoming calls to the hotel and dispatch the guest's requests to the right departments to ensure excellent internal and external guest satisfaction

· 
To have complete knowledge of the hotel and its facilities, knowledge of other hotels, as well as, knowledge of what events are taking place within the hotel and the city

· 
Advise guests of any messages received

· 
Follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction

About you:

You will have experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5* environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure are key for this role.

With your approachable and attentive attitude, you are always striving to deliver a great service for our guests. If you are a motivated Switchboard Operator with experience in Hotels or premium restaurants, who likes a challenge, we would love to meet you.
