Job description

You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and responsible for providing a high quality technical support and customer service. You will take ownership of the customer's inquiry and see it through to resolution, properly escalating to higher level IT associates or third party service providers.

Your responsibilities

· Provide first and second level technical support for colleagues in hotels and offices
· Document interactions, incidents, and resolutions within ticketing system
· Being the single point of contact, taking ownership and responsibility of issues from start through to resolution
· Administer and maintain user access to all managed systems and applications
· Providing continues feedback to our customers about current support status

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Our requirements

·  Minimum of 1 – 2 years job experience in the support and administration Windows client systems, preferred Windows 10
·  Very good knowledge in the support of standard applications (like MS Office family)
·  Very good troubleshooting skills
·  Knowledge in at least one of the following areas
Windows-Server, MS-SQL Server, Software deployment, Citrix Xenapp, VMWare
·  Knowledge of network infrastructures and systems a plus
·  Good English language skills an advantage
·  IT vocational training or bachelor degree concentration in Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable field
