About the role



As Night Concierge you are accountable for enhancing our guests stay experience. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

· Assisting with guests requests such as, restaurant bookings, transport requests, newspapers etc.
· Accountable for the arrival, stay and departure experience
· assisting with guest queries related to the Hotel and promotes Hotel Facilities efficiently ensuring up-to-date information is provided upon guests' requests relating to tourism, events, transportation and restaurants
· accountable for handling complaints with immediate action and thorough follow-up, referring to management when necessary
· accountable to work with other teams to maximize guest satisfaction

About you



Ideally you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment. You are passionate about dealing with customers, are a people person and motivated to change and grow.
