About the Role

To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

· To make contact with hotel guests during their stay and efficiently handling their requests.
· To offer a personalised and pre-emptive service, that is tailored to suit the individual preferences of each guest.
· To ensure that all company and Guest Services department Brand Standards are understood and adhered to at all times.
· Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Must be able to work from 11.00pm to 7.00am, over a flexible roster.
·  Good food and beverage service skills.
·  Current NSW RSA Certificate.
·  Basic knowledge of wines and other beverages.
·  6 month in standard Food & Beverage role.
·  Sound customer service skills.
·  Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia for a minimum of 12 months (No Working Holiday Visa).
