Job description
Hospitality management, customer recognition, customer preferences
- Welcome clients in a warm and personalized way
- Explain the concept of the restaurant to new clients
- To take notes of clients' preferences and transmit them to the team
Participation at the operational briefing
- To share information about VIP clients with the restaurant's team
- To give the reservation's list to the team's members
Reservation's management
- Make reservations via phone, e-mail and via La Fourchette
- Verification of booked tables according to customers preferences
Use of software to improve our knowledge on customers
- Management and updates of the clients' data bases on La Fourchette
- Monitoring profiles of Hyatt's clients via Opéra
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
