Job description

Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo as a host of Front Office.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

- A minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management or a relevant field.

- Good working knowledge or OPERA software will be considered an asset.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, holidays, overnight shifts.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
