About the role

· Works closely with other Outlet employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
· Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
· Serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion assisting other staff whenever required.
· To be responsible for the organisation of the dispense bar prior to and during service.
· Dispense beverages from the bar, maintaining the correct standard and presentation of all beverages during service periods.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Preferable prequisite experience in the Hotel, Restaurant or Travel industry
·  Current NSW RSA Certificate
·  Excellent customer service and Interpersonal Skills
·  Basic knowledge in wine, beer and spirits
·  Able to carry three plates with a service cloth
