We are searching for a motivated and proactive Intern (m/f) to join our Team from our „Retail Business Development' Department within the Business Unit „Global Retail Operations'. Starting 15th of February possible for a period of ca. 6 months.
„Global Retail Operations' and especially we as „Retail Business Development' Team, are in charge of developing strategies and concepts as well as standardizing and optimizing in-store processes around the globe across all our point of sales (POS).

Key responsibilities:

·  You will work in a self-dependent, autonomous and target-orientated way on a number of challenging and international projects
·  As a matter of course you will be in touch and cooperate with our subsidiaries as well as various Retail Managements worldwide
·  Further, you will get insights into different company internal departments (e.g. Digital Retail, CRM, Global Training, Logistic)
·  Your core focus will be supporting the conception, implementation and roll-out of our new Omni-channel services project
·  Work packages will come out of several management activities as tracking status updates or consolidating relevant market feedback
·  Additionally, you will highly contribute to internal project coordination as well as preparation of project meetings and management presentations

Desired profile

Required qualifications:

·  Studies related to (International) Business or Economics, Business Administration / Management, Textile / Retail Management or similar education (Practical Retail experience e.g. Sales Associate would be advantageous)
·  First experiences in Project Management or any other administrative / coordinative tasks would be a benefit
·  Strong skills in English language (spoken and written); further knowledge of foreign languages would be a plus
·  Practical experience & affinity in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
·  Ability to work in a responsible and independent way
·  High degree of readiness to learn and perform
·  Manage difficult tasks as 'problem solver' with 'hands on' mentality
·  High interest working in a dynamic, challenging international environment
