HUGO BOSS is seeking an intern to join the CRM Campaigning team at our global headquarters in Metzingen, Germany, starting as soon as possible. During the internship program at HUGO BOSS, your main responsibilities will be to support our team to develop effective customer-centric marketing communications, particularly with regards to increasing sales and achieving a sustainable competitive edge.

Key responsibilities:

·  Support in the operative and cross-functional coordination of direct marketing campaigns:
·  Coordination of creative agencies and translation agencies
·  Creation of newsletter layout briefings
·  Maintenance of the communications calendar
·  Newsletter testings
·  Support in the creation of reports and analysis
·  Preparation of benchmark analyses
·  Support in the current rollout of a campaign-management-system

Desired profile

Required qualifications:

• Studies related to business economics/administration or (international) marketing/communication or an adequate apprenticeship

• First experiences in CRM-, Retail- or Marketing topics are a plus, but not required

• Strong creative and analytical skills

• Positive, solution-oriented "can do" attitude

• Outgoing and proactive personality (out of the box thinker)

• Strong communication skills (especially in English)

• Highly proficient with MS Office, especially in PowerPoint
