Job Responsibilities

· To assist Manager to develop cooperation channels of mortgage business in accordance to the Bank's lending policies and guidelines.
· To submit market research report and information of competitors, make proper suggestion and recommendation on improvement of work procedures.
· To liaise with Mainland branch colleagues and external cooperation channels to help resolve their problems and requirements.
· To compile Mainland mortgage related reports and statistics, and conduct primary analysis.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  University graduate or above.
·  1-3 years' banking experience, with one year's exposure to mortgage business.
·  Knowledge of Mainland property market and mortgage operations.
·  Sense of responsibility, sensitive and strong analytical skills on property market.
·  Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing and major PC software applications.
·  Good command of written and spoken English.
