Every day, customers all over the world are paying bills, buying homes and setting up companies and every day, Global Service Delivery teams are making sure all this happens smoothly.

Role Purpose


We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. In this role, you will:

· Flawlessly execute Credit Policy
· Flawlessly execute Credit & Risk CMB operational processes
· Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set
· Provide feedback on any process or task related issues, customer or business feedback to the leader
· Look for cost reduction opportunities in all that we do.

· Numbers of incidents due to failure to timely escalate the fraud/irregular case according to the incident escalation procedure.

Customers / Stakeholders

· Partner with business to improve performance, support new initiatives and meet requirements Support new business or performance improvement initiatives
· Support achievement of business SLA's
· Provide feedback to improve overall customer experience, utilizing voice of customer, quality data and process improvement initiatives

· PLA targets
· Complaints on service attitude and integrity received from customers and colleagues
· Number of commendations from customers

Leadership & Teamwork

· Follow leaders direction, provide support and ensure two way communication
· Achieve development plan including completing training courses
· Contribute to improving employee engagement and treat others with respect

· Support to TL's job assignment
· Leadership to manage the team as TL's back up
· Completion of mandatory training courses / e-learning, soft skills training etc
· Support and participate in team's / group's activities.

Operational Effectiveness & Control

· Support a culture of Ops Risk and control awareness. Ensure that all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk.
· Continuously manage operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and controls, loss identification and reporting in accordance with the Operational Risk Management Framework
· Processes are regularly reviewed to identify improvements, which will enhance operational and financial effectiveness, Ensuring compliance with all Bank documentation requirements and time frames
· To continually reassess the operational risks inherent in the business taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
· Achieve satisfactory audit results
· Support BCP requirements

· IC/Audit findings
· Support to BCP arrangement
· All data requirements (eTCS, leave requests, absence requests and BCP plan) is completed and updated in a timely manner.

Compliance

· Adhere to all the audit requirements including but not limited to: Declaration of Secrecy / Data Protection Act / Health Safety and Security / Clear Desk Policy / Other Process specific Audit requirements / Compliance issues / requirements and Undertake process specific checks, where ever applicable
· Adhere to Business area prescribed Online Modular Training & GR prescribed Modular Training
· To ensure compliance with all relevant laws, rules and codes with which the business has to comply

· Audit findings
· Completion of mandatory training courses

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Education/Knowledge

·  A diploma or degree in any discipline. Higher qualification not a bar provided aspirations are commensurate with the position.
·  Fair understanding of the specific process / products

Work Experience

·  Work experience not essential. Experience not a bar provided aspirations commensurate with the position
·  Experience in handling process and / or customer request/queries is preferred

Skills

·  Ability to understand written English, write Business letters, e-mails and reports.
·  Ability to understand and interpret numeric data, maintain focus while working with voluminous data
· 
Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately.

·  Attention to details & multi task
·  Basic computer knowledge and good keyboard skills
· 
Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wide range of people.
