Commercial Banking (CMB)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- Organising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation for Regional HD of CMB China
- Co-ordination activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting administration – composing presentations, drafting reports, assisting with key documents such as business plans
- Gatekeep and primary point of contact for Regional HD of CMB China
- Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Relevant university degree or equivalent professional qualifications;
2. 2+ years' experience in banking industry with knowledge of local banking environment and good understanding of corporates' banking behavior;
3. Strong interpersonal and good communication skills with external clients and internal colleagues;
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PPT;
5. Good written and spoken English skills;
6. Self-motivated individual with problem solving skills; and able to work with good level of independency;
7. Familiar with internal systems would be a plus.
