Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:


1) Oversee and drive various digital acquisition programs to grow business volume in line with target run-rate in an efficient and scalable manner

2) Continually explore and develop new areas of business interest with relation to Digital Acquisition as well as analyze on-going programs to determine effectiveness and next action plans

3) Work independently and cross-functionally with various teams within the Cards department and externally to deliver planned initiatives from start till end

4) Sourcing and liaising with external partners to evaluate partner quality and propose pricing schemes based on current market conditions, partner potential amongst other criteria

5) Managing all daily relationship and requirements of on-boarded partners and also work with them to fine tune and improve individual performance

6) Strong sense of market trends and best in-market practices to bring into HSBC for adoption and adaption internally

7) Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- University degree or above (recognized by the state)

- min. 3-5 years experience with solid track record in acquisition development, digitial partner sales

- Familiar with industry and market trend, familiar with credit card products development and management

- Ability to work both in a group or individual setting, with excellent communication, coordination, leading to drive and project management skills
