We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Administrative Assistant .

Principal responsibilities

· Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties, while taking a proactive approach to problem solve routine and general office issue
· Maintain calendar of appointments, meeting itineraries and coordinates related arrangements
· Maintains good working relationship with internal, external contacts to develop and deliver standards and quality of work
· Prepares reports, letters, organization charts, handles management correspondences, and ensure confidentiality of reports and other documentation
· Assist the Team with the timely completion of tasks as and when required
· Supports other related projects and duties as assigned
Proactively manage travel arrangements in a timely manner, and effective cost management discipline
· Effective management and processing of expense claims

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Previous experience in Team Administration or Executive Assistance
·  Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively in
·  English and Cantonese in both oral and written, with Putonghua as an advantage
·  Proactive with the ability to work independently
·  Ability to work across broad range of cultures in support of HSBC Group values and objectives
·  Solid planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands and communicate this effectively
·  Prior knowledge of Fusion an advantage
·  Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
