Learning & Development Coordinator – Sales Training

  

Job Description:

   

We’re looking for a ROCKSTAR Development Cordinator to join our design and development sales training team.  We are focused on creating innovative and dynamic training to meet the needs of our product and services business.

Based on identified training needs in the company, business segments/global functions, this role designs and develops sales training materials, including both traditional and media-based deliverables. Works with program teams to coordinate, develop, and/or acquire content. Audiences will include company employees and partners. Tests and refines course content by delivering pilot training to sample participants.

Responsibilities:

·  Work alongside team to conduct discovery and translate client requirements into a learning solution
·  Review training needs and work with program team (inclusive of SMEs) to create offerings
·  Evaluate offering types and modality for enablement offering
·  Provide continuous assessment and improvement of programs tailored to business needs
·  Work hand-in-hand with curriculum strategy, demand planning, business partners and stakeholders
·  Develop trainings that align to stated business requirements
·  Support learning programs through program coordination and preparation

Education and Experience

·  First level university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
·  Typically 0-1 years in a training development role.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Foundational knowledge in effective learning and development methods
·  Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
·  Brainstorm creative and innovative instructional solutions
·  Awareness of key authoring tools: Articulate, Captivate, etc., and interactive learning courseware
·  Basic ability to learn leadership, communication, change management, and project management skills.
·  Ability to understand new tools, technologies, and systems.
