Administrator ds obsługi klienta / Customer Account Specialist

  

Job Description:

   

S/he will be responsible for:

Deliver customer experience within the lifecycle processes

·  Service requests of customers through different access channels (email, phone, post, customer portal)
·  Build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
·  Demonstrate understanding of customer infrastructure, processes, and key customer contacts
·  Support Total Customer Experience.

Collection & Delinquency Management

·  Prepare monthly collection strategies and establish action plan to meet/exceed metrics
·  Report progress during AR review meetings and effectively forecast month-end metric results
·  Manage collection balances per Customer
·  Total billed and due
·  Target Open A/R > 30, 60, 90,180 days
·  Ensure Cash Allocation & Suspense management are managed timely and accordingly to policies and procedures
·  Document all collection activities in required applications.

Role requires working with a number of support functions to ensure that customer returns requests are satisfactorily fulfilled; e.g.

·  Providing excellent customer service to responding, tracking and resolving customer inquiries
·  Managing workload in line with defined operational metrics including turnaround times, revenue and customer loyalty targets
·  Delivering accurate collection and returns forecasts to management
·  Delivering other tasks as deemed appropriate by management
·  First level university degree with recommended focus in business or finance.
·  Typically 2-4 years of experience.
·  Languages: excellent English and Spanish required.
·  Data analysis, Excel, reporting skills a must. Role requires significant reconciliation / data analysis activity
·  Ability to track and complete highly complex transactions
·  Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure of time
·  Strong communication and negotiation skills, customer focus
·  Experience in a customer service role will be an asset
·  Leasing background preferred but not required
