As a Research Engineer you plan and manage research projects related to fastening products, technologies and applications. In close cooperation with your stakeholders you identify innovation opportunities and create new smart fastening solutions.

What does the role involve?

In this challenging position youare responsible for developing innovative solutions to maintain technical leadership in the field of fastening technology.You ensureinnovations in the field of single fastening points as well as complete fastening systems. The main focus of this position is screening and investigating technologies for the assessment of anchor’s lifecycle and safety. You are responsible for the steering of respective projects from the first idea to product-near prototypes. With your established know-how in innovative measurement technologies you will support further projects and learn from each other and grow.
