We are looking for a Warehouse Team Manager in our Product Supply area to employ leadership skills, technical skills, and understanding of logistics/warehousing in a manufacturing environment to ensure that we meet our shared goals as a 24/7 center. Key accountabilities for our Team Managers include increasing associate productivity through empowerment and accountability, maximization of equipment functionality through continuous improvement activities, and the proactive management of the daily warehouse activities in the assigned area of responsibility.

What we offer
· The function of the Warehouse Team Manager is to ensure that all Warehouse Operations including, but not limited to; Distribution, Production, Inventory Management, Quality Control, Shipping and the Receiving of all products are tended to and completed in the most effective and cost-efficient manner
· In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on your team in a highly visible center.
· Success is measured against the departmental goals in Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost Containment with emphasis on drive and sense of urgency.
· Additionally, you'll act as key team lead in the development and deployment of special projects that will increase our capabilities overall.
· Work with Shipping/Receiving Team to ensure accurate inventory
· This is an overnight position that incorporates rotating nights of the week Nights. Work hours are 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM.

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  3+ years of warehouse experience in a management or supervisor role.
·  Candidates must have a working knowledge of WMS and global manufacturing systems (like SAP) within a distribution center environment.
·  Good written & verbal communication skills.
·  Ability to gather data, compile Information, & prepare reports.
·  Well organized, detail oriented, & able to handle fast paced work environment.
·  Effective communication and documentation skills.
·  Ability to communicate and work with employees at all levels of the company.
·  Ability to work independently & prioritize with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines.
·  A 4 year degree is strongly preferred.
·  Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
