The business unit General Industry (AG) is a leading supplier of state-of-the-art industrial adhesives, sealants and metal pretreatment technologies to a variety of industrial markets for assembly, maintenance and repair. Our product brands like LOCTITE and TEROSON represent highest performance, innovation and reliability. As a member of our Western European AG Product Management team you are responsible for the efficient lifecycle management of your portfolio and in charge of creating value for our customers every day. In AG we are currently looking for a dedicated and professional support as Regional Product Manager for LOCTITE branded Anaerobic Adhesives. The Regional Product Manager is responsible for the management of this product line incl. profit performance and takes strategic and functional direction from the steering units organization. The role involves working closely with Product Development and Operations regarding new product introduction and scale-up, Regional and Global Business Management as well as Local Western European Marketing teams.

What we offer

· Management of the Anaerobics range in Europe (threadsealers, threadlockers, gasketing products)
· Product lifecycle management (product line extension, rationalization, regional availability, etc.)
· Product line profitability (margin control, cost saving potential, raw material costs and impact on product costs)
· Management of regional product launches
· Support of regional SU initiatives, promotions and campaigns across WE
· Responsibility for packaging and labelling of the related product portfolio
· Driving and implementation of complexity reduction projects
· Monitoring the product line trends and identifying opportunities for roll-out across steering units
· Participation in cross-functional working groups for innovation projects

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University degree in Business Administration or comparable
·  3-5 years of professional experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Product Development or Project Management
·  Excellent English skills
·  Profound knowledge in MS Office and SAP applications
·  Very good analytical and communication skills
·  Passionate team player with a strong sense of project ownership
·  Ability to lead and motivate international and cross-functional project teams

Position is located in Düsseldorf (preferred) or Dublin.
