What we offer

· Adhere to all workplace safety standards; ensure OSHA compliant in performance of job duties
· Establishes, implements and verifies production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
· Writes and updates quality assurance procedures; audit processes; develops work instructions
· Performs materials testing to include chemical test of resins
· Establishes process for control of nonconforming product
· Establishes documentation process and recordkeeping requirements
· Monitor and verify performance to procedures
· Performs trend analysis highlighting adverse trends and out of control conditions
· Conducts product audits
· Updates status of approved orders, processes, product
· Establishes corrective, preventive and continual improvement processes
· Verifies and validates corrective actions and error proofing
· Investigates customer complaints
· Prepares quality documentation by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends

·  High School graduate or equivalent
·  Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations in manufacturing environment
·  Previous experience in quality assurance or product auditing in high volume manufacturing preferred
·  Working knowledge or quality procedures such as PPAP, APQP, PFMEA preferred
·  Working knowledge of continuous improvement and lean principles
·  ASQ certified technician or auditor preferred
·  Ability to work independently with minimum supervision; effectively manage a diverse work load
·  Ability to plan and prioritize work
