The department “Purchasing IT & Professional Services”, is responsible for the global sourcing activities of IT Hardware and services and software and consulting services. The team, in close cooperation with the IT department is planning and executing the tender processes and negotiations. The projects managed are diverse and an entire part of the new Henkel Strategy 2020+. A lot of exciting industry developments are waiting for you: IoT (Internet of Things), Industry 4.0 or Software as a Service (SaaS).

What we offer

· Efficiently and professionally sourcing software and consulting projects for all business areas and IT, achieving outstanding negotiations results
· Closely collaborating with the Purchasing and IT teams
· Developing and Implementing global and local strategies for the sourcing of software and consulting projects
· Negotiating appropriate contracts in close collaboration with the Legal department and the requesters
· Supporting and/or Leading Software and Consulting tender processes
· Understanding and optimizing relevant Purchasing KPIs

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Post-graduate degree in purchasing or business management
·  3-5 years' experience in purchasing
·  Experience with complex project management and demanding stakeholders and suppliers is requested
·  Experience in IT purchasing and in contracting complex IT projects would be reviewed positively
·  English Fluent is requested, German would be reviewed positively
·  Negotiation experience, team player and good knowledge of Office 365 are requested
·  Good communication skills and multi-cultural sensitivity are requested
·  Very good analytical capabilities are requested
