The Project Manager CAPRIS is in charge of governance, analysis and improvement of account management processes in scope of the CAPRIS account management system, and manage the global roll out of the CAPRIS project.
What we offer
· Analyse and identify strategic optimization potential for sales processes and develop strategies
· Collect demands for account management process optimization, align with other BU's, functions and global project management on project scope changes and propose priorities on project investment priorities
· Initiate cooperation with internal departments (e.g. Marketing, Controlling, Supply chain, Purchasing) in order to achieve cost-efficient and future-oriented end-to-end solutions
· Support steering, controlling and motivating of key stakeholders and cross functional teams for implementing new CAPRIS proces
· Consult cross functional teams on all processes within sales and serve as escalation contact for global project teams
· Ensure high quality execution of processes by supporting the definition, implementation and monitoring key performance indicators (KPI)
Desired profile
Who we are looking for
· Master Degree in respective field, preferably in Economics
· More then 3 years of working experience in the field
· Experience in Trade Promotion Management process and systems, preferably SAP CRM
· Experience in customer operation or sales controlling area
· Project management experience
· Fluent English
· Strong analytical and communication skills
