Enterprise Process Management is taking care of Henkel’s world-wide finance, accounting & controlling processes. Defining the finance process strategy on a global scale and the coordination of global finance initiatives across all regions, bringing the strategy to life is a core task.

What we offer

· Strong involvement in project work during worldwide process deployment (e.g. Horizon), process enhancements & standardization
· Active alignment with our regions and shared service centers in defining, reviewing, steering Finance OTC – focusing on credit management topics, also touching the other sub-processes, such as deduction & dispute management, accounts receivable management, accounts receivable reporting
· Shaping our future processes, identifying existing gaps and leveraging best practices
· Governance role in ensuring that our standardized order-to-cash processes are being applied globally and are compliant with internal & external accounting standards
· Striving for continuous improvement, process optimization, complexity reduction
· Defining global KPI to steer the process

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University degree in Finance or Accounting
·  At least 2-5 years work experience in finance and accounting and/or SAP IT consulting with focus on credit management
·  Working knowledge in using SAP system
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Office skills like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
·  Fluent English language
·  Strong communications skills, convincing personality
·  Open-mindedness & flexibility
