What we offer

· Independent and pro-active management of international packaging development projects within a cross-functional team
· Main service partner for marketing department and all project team members in regards to packaging tasks that come along with new product implementation or on-going business
· Full accountability of all packaging related projects in terms of quality, timeline and further project requirements
· Act as the representative for Henkel Beauty Care in front of external suppliers and guide them to fulfill business needs

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor and/or Dipl. Ing. and/or Master and/or MBA
·  Work experience as Packaging Engineer / Mechanical Engineer or similar required, ideally minimum two years experience in a similar business (FMCG)
·  Proficient in English in written and spoken
·  Managerial experience is necessary
