The IT Consulting Team Controlling & Reporting is responsible for optimizing Controlling processes and related IT solutions. The team contributes to the harmonization and standardization of the global Controlling process template by designing and implementing innovative IT solutions which create sustainable business value.

What we offer

· Pro-actively identifying opportunities for further improving Controlling & Reporting processes and IT solutions, with a focus on SAP
· Defining and implementing best practices for Controlling processes across the different regions in a global IT environment
· Preparation of meaningful business cases with our business counterparts as basis for decisions
· Leading the creation of concepts and blueprints for projects
· Acting as project manager in selected initiatives
· Gate keeping the global process template in a standard change management process
· Enrich and strengthen the global IT Consulting team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economical Informatics or Economical Engineering or significant work experience
·  At least 3 years of practical experience in SAP projects in an international environment, specific experience in implementing SAP FICO
·  Experience in managing and implementing IT solutions as project manager would be beneficial
·  Solid understanding of controlling processes
·  Excellent language skills in English
·  Desire to foster cross-functional thinking to achieve superior results
·  Talent to inspire and lead people in a diverse and challenging environment
·  Effective communication and persuasion skills
