An internship at our department is an opportunity to be in the middle of a thrilling environment, but also a very good chance to gain experience and insights into the processes and efficiency of the different technical workstreams in the automotive industry. We offer a fulltime internship for a period of 6 months, starting in October 2018 or later.

What we offer

· Take responsibility for the analysis of service requests
· Support the project team in the development and implementation of globally standardized work request process, create transparency on running activities within in the different regions
· Analyze the workstream for technical service requests
· Conceptualize data model to gain transparency and identify potential process optimization
· Develop a standardized report form

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of economics, computer science, industrial/business engineering or similar
·  Practical or international experience in the area of business and process analysis or project management , e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is advantageous
·  Target-driven mind-set, learning by doing attitude and a team-oriented working style,
·  Very good communication skills in German and English language
·  Experience and confidence in using MS-Office programs, especially Excel
·  A driven individual with strong analytical skills
