The Henkel Beauty Care Lighthouse Team is part of the Beauty Care Global Sales team. The Henkel Beauty Care Lighthouse is both the flagship of our Beauty Care identity as well as the expression of being our customers’ leading beauty partner. It is an innovative, interactive, state-of-the-art site where we offer our customers and partners a multi-sensorial experience on our expertise and passion for beauty.

What we offer

· Responsibility for the organization and coordination of all national and international Lighthouse events, workshops and meetings
· Opportunity to get unique insights in the development and execution of various new Lighthouse projects together with different business areas.
· Possibility to gain valuable insights into the daily business of Global Sales
· Active participation in day-to-day business of the Lighthouse team and the Global Sales team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies with outstanding results preferably with focus on marketing, sales or event management
·  Practical and international experience, gained by internships or semesters abroad, is beneficial
·  Excellent communication skills in English and German are required
·  Firm knowledge of MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
·  Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
·  Energetic, service oriented and pro-active personality
