We are looking for a highly motivated student that would like to get to know Henkel on a truly global level during a 3 to 6 months long internship. We offer the internship to passionate and initiative student who will be supporting us in the field of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

What we offer

· Involvement in our international team that organizes, plans and promotes Henkel as an attractive employer to its target groups on various channels
· Active involvement in improving the recruitment process
· Own projects as well as support our team in the day-to-day business
· Proactive communication with the Henkel talent pool and business managers
· Organization of student events
· KPI reporting and evaluation of different relationship projects

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Successfully completed first semesters of studies focused on business administration or
psychology
·  First practical or international experience (e.g. internships, student initiatives, semester abroad)
·  Preferably experience in multinational companies or in the area of HR
·  Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications
·  Very good English language skills
·  Keen interest in HR
·  Team-player with good communication skills
