Within Henkel's Adhesive Strategy and Marketing group, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a part of Marketing and Sales Excellence department (MSE). Within MSE, the global CRM team is responsible for managing the topic CRM for all Henkel's strategic business Units (SBU) and ensuring a successful implementation of best practice sales processes & applications across all SBUs globally. Our international global team located in Düsseldorf offers an internship position for 6 months in the area of project management.

What we offer

· Support for a global roll-out of a new CRM software for approximately 4500 B2B Sales employees in all regions and minimum 15 different languages
· Project communication, coordination between various Henkel departments such as Henkel IT and Marketing, different business units and regions
· Development of a marketing communication strategy with regards to introducing the new software and CRM tool to the Adhesive community
· Support with the development and management of trainings and project documentation

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Students that have successfully completed or are about to complete their Bachelor's degree of studies preferably focused on business, marketing, communications, CRM, new media or similar
·  Fluent English language skills, good knowledge of other languages is a plus
·  Strong competency in MS Office applications, specifically in PowerPoint
·  Practical and international experience, especially in sales, new media, trainings and/or software trainings and CRM in general
·  Team-player with strong communication and organizational skills
