The Global Marketing Communications Manager is a key strategic position within the global business of our Aerospace market segment in the Transport and Metal (AT) division. The Global Marketing Communications Manager supports the Aerospace business in the development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy by defining and driving global, integrated communication strategies, by identifying opportunities to strengthen brand awareness through planning and realizing global marketing campaigns as well as by taking our customer engagement to the next level in close collaboration with our sales teams.

What we offer

· Development and implementation of global and integrated communication strategies (off-/online) incl. budget planning, measuring quantitative performance indicators (KPI´s) and Return-on-Investment (ROI) and continuously optimizing ROI to drive superior customer engagement
· Definition and steering global marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Aerospace unit as well as the global and regional AT Marketing teams
· Development and roll-out of target group relevant marketing tools as well as digital marketing initiatives
· Close collaboration with the global Aerospace Leadership Team, Sales, Product Development, Channel partners as well as the whole AT Marketing
· Steering and effective collaboration with external partners such as creative agencies
· Independent management of projects incl. full budget responsibility
· Analysis and research of market trends, business models, customers and competitors
· Leadership of strategic cross-AT marketing projects (e.g. in the area of digital transformation)

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  University Degree / B.S. in Business Administartion, Marketing or a related field, MBA preferred (major: marketing/communication, digital, business development)
·  3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital or communication
·  Profound knowledge in project management, ability to manage simultaneous work streams/interfaces incl. steering of internal collaboration partners & external agencies
·  Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables), Photoshop & Content Management Systems
·  Fluency in English is a must, further foreign languages are an advantage
·  Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
·  International teamplayer and fast learner with the ability to work independently and diligently as well as to perform well under time pressure with strong communication skills, creativity and customer orientation
·  Dynamic, highly motivated personality for whom the contribution to an international and diverse team is an exciting challenge
