· Steer process regarding internal approvals and portfolio management
· Work with and support portfolio companies and offer service proposition to founders

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University degree in Business Administration
·  Min. 3 years of relevant working experience including experience in beauty industry, venture capital or start-up
·  Passionate individual who is interested in bringing the worlds of corporates and start-ups together for future growth
·  Highly collaborative team player who is flexible, reliable, highly organized and able to handle projects independently
·  Entrepreneurial and result driven person thinking out of the box with test & learn approach
·  Understanding of business finance and investment stages/funding
·  Interest in digital trends and disruptive business models
·  Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter, goal oriented, independent and reliable project manager
·  Persuasive communication, convincing and analytical skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders across functions and external partners
·  Profound knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel as well as relevant search tools
·  Excellent communication and copy-writing skills in English & ideally also German language
