What we offer

· Full responsibility for leading the Demand Alignment Process for Beauty Care Retail Austria
· Own Demand Planning responsibility for some of our Beauty Care brands
· Close cooperation with colleagues of the Key Account Management, Brand Management and Supply Chain
· Coordinate with local and corporate stakeholders on strategic and tactical project implementation
· Be responsible for the controlling of Supply Chain and Business related KPI´s
· Become key user in several areas of our business and represent local Supply Chain organization in key user communities and SC relevant work streams
· Represent Head of Supply Chain Beauty Care Austria in Meetings and Projects
· Work in a constantly changing and challenging environment with the opportunity to strive for improvements in reporting, processes and used tools within the Austrian Beauty Care organization
· Take over a diversified position with high responsibility and various opportunities for further development, education and training´s
· Minimum salary according to the collective agreement of the chemical industry: € 3.325 gross/month, willingness to overpay depending on experience

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University degree preferably in Economics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering
·  Approximately 3-5 years experience preferably in Demand or Supply Chain Planning
·  Excellent communication skills in German and English
·  Very good MS knowledge - especially in Excel
·  working experience with ERP systems - preferably SAP
·  strong analytical skills combined with problem solving attitude
·  Flexibility and team orientation
·  Drive and determination to achieve
