The Corporate Function "Integrated Business Solutions" consists of the global IT organization and the Shared Services organization. This had in total >3000 employees globally. Within the IT organization the department "IT Service Delivery" is responsible for managing the core IT delivery such as network, data center, end-user computing. IT at Henkel is to a large extend outsourced to an external provider. The position is located in the "Service Delivery Management (SDM) Data Center" which is responsible for all Data Center services at Henkel. Main responsibilities are designing and optimizing the service portfolio, managing the external Data Center delivery providers and consulting projects in the solution design phase.

What we offer

· Be responsible for design and management of the global Cloud solution portfolio
· Evaluate different technical solution concepts
· Define technical solution components based on application requirements and existing standards
· Act as a consultant to internal and external stakeholders such as project managers
· Verify technical solutions with stakeholders such as Network or Security team
· Develop technical architecture diagrams and data flow charts
· Provide guidance about required cloud components and licensing
· Keep own knowledge constantly up-to-date by regular research, testing and training

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University degree in Information Technology or related
·  Experience with Cloud Solution Design
·  Broad cloud knowledge incl. experiences in using and deploying Public Cloud services like AWS or MS Azure (preferred), broad knowledge about hardware, software and concepts in the network & security area
·  Experience with the design and implementation of cloud based IoT solutions
·  Profound knowledge about database technologies like Oracle and Microsoft SQL and the database solutions offered by the Public Cloud vendors
·  Knowledge about application programming concepts, middleware and web-server technologies
·  Excellent English skills and good understanding of German language
·  Open-mindedness and intrinsic motivation to learn new topics
