What we offer

· Monitor and distribute all international & regional website and social channel enquiries based on a distribution list
· Confirm and update contact names & emails on the distribution list
· Identify missing contacts / emails on the distribution list and obtain them
· Encourage and support the businesses to move individual emails on the list to shared email boxes
· Track, monitor and confirm all enquiries made to Henkel have been responded too
· Develop enquiry management best practice guide and recommend new strategies to improve overall processes
· Setting up social media listening rules and adjustments in the chosen social monitoring tool
· Analysis of social media and web inquiry activities in qualitative and quantitative researches based on standard templates as well as ad-hoc, best practice exchanges
· Ad-hoc listening and reporting

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University or College education in Business Administration/ (Digital) Marketing / Communication is an advantage
·  Active level of English language is a MUST
·  1+ year experience in digital marketing and/or social media management is an advantage
·  User skills of MS Office (esp. Excel and Powerpoint)
·  Strong organisational and project management skills are essential, preferably in digital marketing
·  Business understanding with emphasis on marketing, online marketing, web-shops and web analytics
·  Initiative and inner drive to bring things forward and strong, pro-active communication
·  Good communication skills
·  Ability to evaluate data and provide recommendation to top management

Minimum salary: 1060 EUR gross. Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience.
