We are looking for a new motivated colleague to join our team.

What we offer

· Define and implement a target group driven channel sales and marketing strategy
· Assess and develop new sales channels and business models
· Identify and fill gaps in Western and Eastern European distribution landscape including coaching of new industry partners
· Actively manage customer account plans for Henkel Premium Distribution Partners
· Prepare and ensure implementation of annual channel promotion and sales plan across Europe
· Plan and execute new channel product launches
· Develop and implement pricing strategy for channel partners
· Develop and implement digital and offline B2B marketing campaigns with agencies
· Plan and execute joint external partner events across Europe with local sales teams
· Lead Premium Distribution Partner Training on product portfolio, value-selling strategies and digital marketing

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University degree in International Business Management, Business Administration, Engineering or Chemistry
·  Min. 3-4 years of practical and international experience, preferably in the areas of sales and marketing management
·  Very good language skills in English, additional European languages advantageous
·  High affinity towards digitalization
·  MS Office understanding
·  Strong organization and problem-solving skills as well as a goal-orientated approach
·  Team-oriented, flexible, pragmatic, self-motivated and analytical thinker
·  Willingness to travel within Europe for up to 50%
