What we offer

· Continuously optimize global template Systems & Processes, in the domain of Logistics Execution for Beauty Care (Retail & Professional), as well as in interacting domains such as EDI Warehousing, Transportation Management, Order-to-Cash, APO Demand Planning/Supply Chain Planning, Production, Quality Management, to guarantee E2E Process & Systems solutions
· Support and/or steer the global deployment of ONE! GSC & Horizon for Beauty Care (Retail & Professional), with expertise in the Logistics Execution processes
· Provide expertise towards regions and countries in the domain of Logistics Execution for Beauty Care (Retail & Professional), supporting in ‘ad hoc' questions and issues, with focus on pro-active and E2E problem solving
· Collaborate with Global Supply Chain located in Amsterdam, to have strategic decisions and logistics projects aligned with the global Template Processes & Systems, in the domain of Logistics Execution

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Fluent in English, with strong verbal and writing skills
·  Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain / Business / Engineering or comparable
·  3-5 years Logistics experience
·  Min. 3 years of SAP experience in Logistics Executions (Warehousing, Transportation Management)
·  Solid understanding of other SAP modules, such as Master Data, Sales & Distribution,
·  Solid understanding of EDI exchange processes between 3PL/WMS and SAP is a plus, as well as technical SAP IT background
·  Experience in Business Process Management & Project Management
·  Strong moderation, communication and organizational skills
·  The ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
·  Flexible towards traveling
·  The ability to drive projects independently and able to work without supervision, make priorities and work toward both long and short-term goals while effectively meeting project deadlines
·  Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suit (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
·  Ability to explain technical matters to non-technical individuals
·  Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
