Role Mission
The candidate will work with the WW Merchandising team to manage and evolve a user-centric digital training platform, supporting the development and execution of an editorial plan, daily content creation and researching of information and assets. High level of collaboration with various departments (Communication, Marketing); ability to multi-task and work well within a team is critical.
Key Accountabilities :
· Support in the preparation and management of the editorial calendar through the monitoring of product performances and reports
· Support in product training with related contents stock monitoring and research of new creative assets
· Assistance in content creation and the creative updates necessary for new launches and projects
· Assistance in performance reporting of user behaviour
· Continuous monitoring of the app and platform to ensure all content is published and aligned with the editorial calendar

Qualifications :
Key Requirements:
· Proven abilities in working with Content Management Systems through experience in managing websites, apps or blogs
· Digital oriented: strong ability to acquire competency in using new digital tools and platforms
· Action-oriented and flexible: must demonstrate a capacity to operate successfully in a fast-paced, changing environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Passion for products, fashion and storytelling
· Solid organizational and planning skills
· Photoshop knowledge is a plus
