Role Summary/Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity within General Electric’s Corporate Treasury team based in Dublin, Ireland. The role of the Trade Analyst will entail working across a wide range of financial products in a fast paced and dynamic environment, liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure that GE’s global businesses manage their exposure and liquidity in a safe and effective manner.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Ensuring the accurate confirmation and settlement of FX Derivatives, Interest Rate, Debt and Money Market transactions.

·  Daily management of GE’s derivative, debt and investment portfolios to ensure accuracy and timely settlement of cashflows

·  Pro-actively manage trade, settlement and regulatory exceptions utilizing real-time monitoring dashboards

·  Maintain strong relationships and interaction with internal business units and Treasury teams across the globe

·  Liaise with counterparty banks on all FX, IRS and collateral related queries

·  Work on ad-hoc projects to streamline Treasury Operations processes as part of ongoing Digital Simplification initiative

·  Assist in the development of a global service offering, maintaining the role of the Dublin office as the centre of execution and settlement excellence
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Team player with strong communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships with various stakeholders across the globe

·  strong banking and payments experience

·  Highly Organised with an ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines

·  Knowledge of FX, Debt, Interest Rate Swap and Money Market trade lifecycles

·  Familiarity with Wallstreet Suite, Markit, FIS Intellimatch, Spotfire reports an advantage

·  Strong MS office background – Advanced Excel in particular
