Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for for the analysis, design & development activities of contemporary middleware integration solutions to enable reliable flow of information across different enterprise applications & ERP systems. The integration platforms include Oracle SOA Suite, Dell Boomi, Informatica, and some next generation cloud Integration platforms such as Oracle ICS, Apache Nifi.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks.

·  Awareness of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques.

·  Ability to write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.

·  Comfortable in building features such as web services and Queries on existing tables.

·  Understands performance parameters and can assess application performance.

·  Understands core data structures and algorithms and has the ability to implement them using language of choice. Is eager to pair and learn.
• Understands the importance of test-driven development and high-quality output.

·  Is open to receiving guidance and direction; asks questions and communicate challenges.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

·  A minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience

Desired Characteristics

·  Experience with designing and developing complex integrations using multiple application integration / middleware technologies based on user specifications, while adhering to the software development lifecycle

·  Experience in integrating with one or more complex ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE)

·  Experience in working with global distributed development teams, in different time zones.

·  Experience with process quality methodology

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·  Analytic, creative and business-focused problem solver

·  Drive to learn new technology and build in-depth expertise

·  Self-organization and time management skills

·  Ability to lead design/development tasks and work across multiple projects simultaneously

·  Experience in / knowledge of integration technologies such as ORACLE SOA, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Apache Nifi

·  Experience with other Cloud Integration platforms.
