Role Summary/Purpose

Ensure the manufacuring operations to deliver products on time, manage the team to achive the facotry blueprints.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Execute the production plan to deliver product on the schedule 
·  Manage EHS risks to ensure people safe in site 
·  Implement daily standard operations & problem solving activities: (OEE, OLE, 5S, etc) 
·  Discipline Management in Shift Periods
·   Employees’ Performance management 
·  Implement EHS and quality improvement activities
·   Promote and implement GE beliefs/Integrity mindset in site
Promote Operators’ skills development & employees’ engagement in site
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical manufacturing,above 5 years CNC/assembly production work experience,above 2 years related management experience
·  Familiar with big parts machining manufacturing and management process, mechanical machining, technical process. 
·  Be able to correctly understand the drawing and technique in assembly process. 
·   Good at MS soft and SAP System, basic knowledge of QC Procedure, and Lean Production. 
·  Good communication and coordination ability; Good team work spirit, effective communication, being able to manage the wholeteam and arrange the production reasonably with high quality and low cost according to production planner requirement
·  Ensure the operators to follow the EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK&EHS procedure. 
·  Desired-Person who is familiar with turbine manufacturingshould be in preference. 
·  Person who has lean execution experience should be prererence
